This hotel was amazing. Very modern and well mantained. Rooms are awesome.
The hotel room was spacious. The bathroom was on the small side, but very functional. In other words, you had enough space to do everything you needed to do, without feeling cramped. The lobby was clean and was greeted professionally by the staff. Breakfast in the morning was great.
For a business oriented hotel it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast options were a bit hit and miss but plenty of things to fill up on before a work day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Well kept and clean decor.
The breakfast variety is limited and they don't have room service. The front desk staff was very nice, and Alexandra was also very nice and beautiful, with all due respect.
I was able to visit one of the meeting rooms for a professional event. The hotel provided the chairs and technology to have the event. During break they provided with free snacks, wasn't just any snack but a club sandwich, soda, burritos and chips (abundantly). Restrooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It maintained Marriott standards, but not sufficient toiletries. Room kind of old. Breakfast below average! Front desk is good but breakfast people can’t speak English. Road side room has train noise so harsh !
A centrally located hotel in a safe location next to many big businesses and several good restaurants. The rooms are of decent quality. The only nuisance I found was the noise of police incessantly patrolling with sirens throughout the day and night on the busy highway outside. Breakfast at the restaurant is good and the service is quick and outstanding. There's a Argentinian steakhouse attached to the hotel building, so dinner is not a problem. The hotel itself has it's own restaurant "Bistro" which is a more reasonable option for those on a budget. I would return to this hotel if visiting Toluca again.
I'll stay here anytime I come to Toluca. They treat people very well. The staff is friendly and attentive. The property is well taken care of. Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds are great, showers are hot, and some American news stations on tv. Prices are very competitive.
